Warranty Coverage
Mama Flow breast pumps are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What is Covered?
Manufacturing defects: If your breast pump has a defect due to poor craftsmanship or faulty materials, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Parts and accessories: Any defects in the included parts or accessories are covered under the warranty.
What is Not Covered?
Damage caused by misuse: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear: Regular wear and tear, such as fading, scratches, or discoloration, are not covered under this warranty. Consumable items: Items like tubing, valves, and membranes are not covered unless they are defective upon receipt. Warranty Claim Process To make a warranty claim, follow these steps within 30 days of noticing the defect:

If eligible, we will repair or replace your product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value at no cost to you.
